This package is suitable for babies 5-12 days old. The complete package for my newborn workflow.

FAQ
How old are newborns for their session?
5-12 Days old is best as they are still very sleepy and the first week allows you to welcome your new baby home for you both to rest and recover. If your baby is over 12 days old you can still have a newborn session! I have photographed a month old baby and they slept great, however there will be some props your baby will be too big for, and limited table posing as they will be more alert after the first two weeks, so if your. baby is older then 12 days I recommend the Petite or Signature Experience.
How long do these sessions take?
Depending on the package you chose. Newborn sessions take anywhere from 1-3 hours. This gives time for the baby to settle, have changes, and feed. Expect the family portion roughly be 30 mins at the end of the session. So Dad and the other littles can stay home and come at the end!
What is the best time for newborns to be photographed?
Babies are sleepiest in the morning.
So the newborn sessions start at 10am. I will send you a prep guide on how to prepare your baby for their session so they arrive ready to sleep!
How are all your products cleaned?
Before each session all items your baby will be using will be washed in ivory snow newborn stage.
I have a family member that is sick, can they still come?
I'm sorry but.. absolutely NOT! Newborns have such a weak immune system that it's best if the sick family member skip out. It is easier for me to reschedule one session vs me rescheduling a couple weeks of sessions if I were to get sick, then pass it on to my own kids ect. If you or a family member is sick please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you when your symptoms are gone.
How many pictures will I receive?
All final images are included! I will work my hardest to get you the most I can, each package has a rough estimate.
How long will I wait until I receive my gallery?
My turn around time is 2-3 weeks, but I will send you a teaser image within 48 hours.
My baby is bottle fed, is there somewhere I can store milk?
Yes! The studio has a fridge, so you may store your milk in the fridge if needed, and you will also have access to a bottle warmer.
The studio also will have some beverages, and light snacks. But remember these sessions are long.. so bring food especially for those nursing mama's you'll get hungry quick!
Can my older kids come?
Yes of course! Each package has an add sibling photos option. Capturing siblings with the newborn is so important. However I do ask your partner or someone who can leave with the children after their portion of photos are complete as its best to have a quiet environment for the newborn for their props and posing! Also I don't think any little kid will want to sit around in a quiet room for 3 hours. Is that even possible?! lol
My baby is really fussy, what if we don't get any pictures?
I will send you a prep guide to help your baby hopefully arrive happy and sleepy! Some babies can be quite alert, which is still adorable for those awake pics! But if they are just straight up cranky for the whole session and it's over an hour in and we haven't got any pictures. We will reschedule the following week and try again. I want to exceed your expectations and get the best photos for you.
Are your newborn sessions safe?
Absolutely. During the posing the mom of the baby will be spotting and for some poses hands are never taken off the baby to ensure they are safe (example froggy pose). I have completed the Milky Way Newborn Retreat 2024 which taught safe posing and handling of newborns.
Is there somewhere I can breastfeed in private?
Yes! I have added a comfortable chair and an end table in a separate room. This will allow you to breastfeed without other people from your session being able to see you, as you can shut the door and have the room to yourself.
I had a c section, are there stairs to your studio?
No stairs! Minimal walking is required. A parking spot is reserved for you in front of the studio as well.
